SHIPPING

Please allow 1-3 business days for us to receive and process your order. You’ll receive an email containing your tracking information number as soon as your package ships. 

Once your order has been released to the shipping company we have no control on the delivery/speed of your package arriving to you. Shipping and delivery times may vary. 

Estimated Shipping Times:

Domestic:

  • Economy: 5-8 business days
  • Expressing Shipping: 1-3 business days

International:

  • Economy International: 6-18 business days
  • Express International: 3-5 business days

ORDERS / RETURNS

We are accepting returns for domestic orders only.

Return requests will be accepted 12 days after your order has been delivered to you.  

** We are not accepting international orders at this time **

How can I update my order?

Please email auxiliary@solapparel.shop as soon as possible if you would like to cancel or edit your order. Our fulfillment center processes orders quickly, but we’ll do our best to process your request. 

Can I add items to my order?

Unfortunately we cannot add items to an existing order. Please place a new order for the item and contact auxiliary@solapparel.shop as soon as possible.

How do I place a return?

Please contact us at auxiliary@solapparel.shop with your order number and the items you would like to return. We will provide you with a free shipping label to print and affix to a parcel/box with returned contents inside. 

When will I receive my refund after I return my order?

Please allow your refund to take 2-3 weeks. The process time includes order being delivered back to our warehouse, inspected to be made purchasable again, and indexed back into our system.

Can I exchange my items?

We do not offer exchanges on items. Contact auxiliary@solapparel.shop to submit a return request on the item and place a new order. 

My item is damaged.

We care about our quality control, please contact us with your name and order number along with photos of the damaged item.

My package never arrived.

This required investigation by our team, contact us with your name and order number.

The shipping status of my order hasn’t been updated in a few days? What happened to my order?

Our team has noticed that USPS and UPS are working in conjunction together to help deliver your package to you. Please verify your tracking confirmation on USPS, UPS, or shipping partners associated tracking websites to access an updated status on your package.

 

We return emails in the order in which they are received. Due to the way our system is programmed, sending multiple emails may delay our response time. Please only send one message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
